All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the their term. Example: A Member joins on the 10th of the month, his/her membership will automatically be renewed the 10th at the end of their term. It is each Member's responsibility to cancel 15 days prior to the renewal date if the membership is to be terminated. I agree and understand that this is an Automatic Renewing Membership and must give notice no later than 15 days in advance of the renewal date. To cancel your membership, you can either follow the link on our homepage that mentions 'Cancel', or go to http://cancel.rxcllc.com and follow the cancel button. All sales are final and your acceptance to these terms is you agreeing to this.

You agree and understand you are purchasing INFORMATION ONLY from this website.  There is no medicine that is sold from this website.  You are purchasing detailed information about online pharmacies and doctors which will assist you in purchasing medicine from an affiliated pharmacy/doctor.  These terms are set forth once you agree to this document and submit your credit card information.  If you do not adhere to these terms and opt to request a refund based on your not understanding these terms, there will be a penalty fee based on the dollar amount of your initial transaction.  The fee will be assessed to cover transaction fees placed on us by our bank.  All refund requests must be sent to support@rxcllc.com.

This entire agreement between you and us, supersedes prior agreements regarding its subject matter. Whenever new services become available, your use of them will be under this Agreement unless we notify you otherwise. Also understand that certain schedules of medicine are illegal and impossible to find on the internet.  Although people may make claims to have access to them, they are usually lying to you, or will take your money and run.  Any oxycodone products, like oxycontin, percocet, or oxycodone are not available through our service.  There are some places that may sell it illegally, but we do not deal with these places.  If you join looking for these medicines, or any other medicines, and we do not have them, refunds will not be honored.  That's why this warning is here for you to read.  Additional fees may be required for doctor consults, shipping fees, and the cost of the medicine from 3rd parties.  Some sources may require medical records as well.  Prices can range from fifty dollars up to two hundred dollars for a consultation.  We do suggest getting hydrocodone products in place of the ones not available for pain.  These are just a step down and are effective drugs.  Simply ask us for an alternative to what you cannot find and we’ll do our best to help you.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any information received through the Service to anyone without our prior written consent. You also agree that you will not give out log-ins and/or passwords to other users. We reserve the right to cancel any Membership, without refund, if we discover that a Membership account is being used by more than one person, or if a log-in/password is given to another person.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions: All comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas disclosed, submitted or offered to the Service or in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments"), shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Service and may be used in any medium and for any purpose worldwide without obtaining your specific consent. Your name may be used with any Comments you submit. Although this is rare and consent is usually asked for and obtained. Currently, your information is kept strictly private, however, in the future we retain the right to pass information to another party for the purposes of resale. The Service is not under any obligation to maintain your Comments (and the use of your name with any comments) in confidence, to pay to you any compensation for any Comments submitted or to respond to any of your Comments. Failure to Access Service: You agree that we are not responsible for your inability to log-on to the Service, either because of poor Internet connections, incorrect typing of log-ins or passwords, and/or browser incompatibility. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Texas, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The parties expressly stipulate to jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, or the United States District Court, Dallas, Texas District, as appropriate.
